Return Policy

0. Mixed Business Store Pty Ltd will not issue refunds to a purchaser if they have simply changed their mind, or the goods are no longer suitable. If the goods are in a saleable condition with all packaging and labels intact, and proof of purchase is provided a store credit may be issued within seven days of the purchase date. The credit will be valid until the end of the store lease period.  If the goods are deemed faulty or damaged due to no fault of the purchaser, a refund will be issued via the original payment method. 

1. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on gift cards, pierced earrings, posters and prints, CDs and sale items unless they are faulty or you have received an incorrect item.
